Helping individuals & families balance their lives and thrive in an outpatient setting focused on family unity, personal growth & improving overall quality of life.
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
The Psychotherapy approaches used are EMDR, DBT, and CBT
My focus is to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. Other diagnoses treated are Bipolar, Aggression, PTSD, and Grief.
There are various interventions used to meet clients' needs.
The ages served are 13 years old to adults.
*This agency does not provide Substance Abuse Counseling or Religious Trauma Therapy.

"Relationships are like petals on a flower, they grow individually but bloom together." - Dolores Crosby
Relationship counseling counseling can be beneficial to individuals who are looking to strengthen healthy connections. Individuals will learn how to increase stability by learning ways to effectively communicate, resolve conflict, and control emotions/thoughts that affect unhealthy relationships. Set healthy boundaries and find other solutions to strengthen relationships in all stages.
Clients will learn how negativity plays a role in creating dysfunctional relationships. You will learn how important self-care is in any relationship.
